What’s the difference in keto and clean eating ( slim gym)?
Keto is high fat foods and super low carb, your body is getting energy from fat . You must Be disciplined when you do keto because if you eat too many carbs your body isn’t in ketosis and isn’t burning fat so when you cheat each time it takes your body 48 to 72 hours to get back in ketosis and restart the process so if you’re not gonna be disciplined I would suggest you do the clean eating/ slim gym menu.
The slim gym menu would be comparable to weight watchers or foods that you would see someone eating in a gym that works out chicken , lean beef rice oats sweet potatoes, green veggies earthy foods. We just put a little twist on them and make them taste better and not so plain. We cut the fat and give you more complex carbs (healthy carbs) -
